The Opportunity:
A secure national‑security aligned program is seeking an Organisational Change Management Officer to drive people‑focused change across a major technology uplift. You’ll work within a fast‑moving environment, supporting stakeholder engagement, readiness, communication, and overall adoption of new systems and processes.
About the Role
- Lead change management activities across large ICT transformation initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and business readiness activities
- Deliver clear and targeted communication to support understanding and adoption
- Support behavioural and process change to enable benefits realisation
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change within technology programs
- Strong communication, engagement, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience applying structured change frameworks in complex environments
- Active NV2 or Positive Vetting Clearance
