This is a key role within a collaborative delivery team, working across complex enterprise systems and high volume datasets.
About the Role
You’ll be working to helping ensure data is accurate, consistent, and fit-for-purpose as it moves between systems.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data problems, working with stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful transformation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, missing data, inconsistencies)
- Design and execute data cleansing, validation, and remediation processes
- Perform data profiling and reconciliation across source and target systems
- Define and apply business rules for data quality and governance
- Support data migration activities, including mapping and transformation logic
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, ICT, and vendors
- Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Contribute to documentation including data definitions and data lineage
- Mentor team members and support uplift of data capability
- Proven experience in data quality, cleansing, and migration projects
- Advanced SQL skills working with large datasets
- Experience using data profiling or data quality tools
- Solid understanding of data governance, integrity, and validation frameworks
- Ability to translate complex data issues into clear insights for stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience with ERP systems (Aurion, TechOne, Workday, SAP, MS365)
- Exposure to ERP or HR data migration programs
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting
- Experience with Python for data processing or automation
- Familiarity with tools such as AQT or TechOne ETL
- Experience working with Federal Government datasets (HR or Finance)
