We’re looking for an experienced Knowledge Manager to drive service excellence and improve ITIL-based processes.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the life-cycle of Knowledge Articles.
- Oversee Service Request Management and compliance.
- Identify process improvements and leverage AI for efficiency.
- Coordinate service delivery and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Knowledge and Service Request Management.
- Strong ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- NV2 Security Clearance
