Immediate Start | 3 Month Contract
We're partnering with a well-known Australian household brand that is looking to add an experienced Systems Engineer to their technology team. This is an opportunity to join a large-scale environment where you'll play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and improving critical infrastructure across the business.
Working within a collaborative IT team, you'll contribute to the ongoing management of core systems, drive platform improvements, and help ensure high levels of performance, security, and availability across the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer Windows Server infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments.
- Support VMware virtualisation platforms.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux (Red Hat) systems.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID and identity services.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Intune device management solutions.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across the environment.
- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Exposure to VMware administration and support.
- Experience working with Linux, ideally Red Hat environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity management.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
