Emanate Technology is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team.
This isn’t a generalist recruitment, account manager role.
You’ll operate within a dedicated IT vertical, becoming a true specialist in your space. That means building deep market knowledge, developing strong networks, and positioning yourself as a go-to recruiter in your niche.
The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of a technology vertical (or two), with the opportunity to:
- Specialise in a defined IT market (e.g. Software, Infrastructure, Defence Tech, etc.)
- Build credibility through industry engagement, events and expos
- Develop deep relationships with both clients and candidates
- Drive revenue through business development and delivery
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and grow a specialist IT recruitment desk
- Identify and win new business through proactive BD
- Recruit and place high-quality tech candidates
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Attend industry events, meetups and expos within your vertical
- Stay across market trends, technologies and hiring patterns
- Collaborate with the wider team to maximise opportunities
- Manage contractor relationships and ongoing client engagement
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Interest in technology and developing market expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-driven mindset
- Specialise in a high-growth tech market
