This is a hands-on development role suited to a senior candidate who can actively contribute to an ongoing program of work where needed. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a small, high-performing team, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves being in the code alongside developers. This role is not suitable for someone who prefers focusing solely on architecture and being less hands-on with tools.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Support in leading the integration stream of the Salesforce migration project, ensuring seamless API integration between Salesforce and legacy systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Make informed technical decisions to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions and act as the technical point of contact for integration-related issues.
- Design and implement integration solutions using Java/.NET, MuleSoft and Salesforce. Develop and maintain integration architecture standards and best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability and security. Collaborate with other architects and technical leads to align integration solutions with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Plan, manage and deliver integration projects within scope, time and budget constraints. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of blockers. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor and report on integration project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Act as a liaison between the integration team and other project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and integration
- Proven experience leading integration streams within large-scale migration projects.
- Strong technical expertise in Java/.NET, MuleSoft and Salesforce integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure and reliable integration architectures.
- Experience managing integration projects, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
