On behjalf of a large organisation in the health sector, we are searching for an Integration Architect to work on their SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, specifically around their Pharmacy Systems Integration. The lens of the Integration Architect is to determine if the solution is technically sound, secure, scalable and aligned to Enterprise Architecture. Your role will include designing integrations that support Operational Supply Chain processes in an SAP S/4HANA landscape. This includes connectivity with third-party systems such as customer ordering platforms and transport carrier solutions to enable accurate, efficient, and compliant movement of goods. Ideally, your skills and experience will align to the below profile: -
- Ability to analyse complex platform landscapes - demonstrated capability to assess SAP S/4HANA and related systems to inform interface and extension design decisions, and to apply architectural judgement to ensure end-to-end technical designs are secure, scalable, and aligned with Enterprise and Integration Architecture standards.
- Deep integration architecture expertise - demonstrated ability to design and govern complex integration landscapes across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems, applying architectural judgement to ensure solutions are technically sound, secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards
- Proven architectural design capability- experience producing high-quality architectural deliverables (e.g., SAD, SID) that clearly articulate design decisions, constraints, risks, and alignment to enterprise policy and standards.
- Breadth across SAP technical domains- experience working across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP CloudALM, SAP CPI, and related interfaced applications, with the ability to understand how functional, technical, and integration components interact within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies- demonstrated capability applying integration patterns, protocols, and security mechanisms (e.g., RFC, IDoc, OData/REST APIs, certificates, tokens, encryption) in a way that ensures secure and reliable interoperability across internal and external systems.
- Architectural awareness of platform and infrastructure considerations - ability to assess and interpret platform requirements such as network architecture, connectivity, performance, capacity, and resilience, and to work effectively with infrastructure teams to validate and refine technical designs.
