Infrastructure Business Analyst

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on bridging the gap between business and infrastructure teams? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst
to join a dynamic team delivering critical IT infrastructure and transformation projects.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, and project delivery teams to analyse business needs and translate them into practical infrastructure solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth planning, implementation, and optimisation of technology environments — from cloud migrations to network upgrades and security improvements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document infrastructure requirements
- Analyse existing systems, processes, and technical environments
- Develop business cases, solution options, and recommendations
- Support infrastructure upgrades, cloud transitions, and platform integrations
- Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and change management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors on delivery and testing
- Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and compliance standards
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on infrastructure or technical projects
- Solid understanding of infrastructure components – networks, servers, cloud, storage, cybersecurity
- Experience working in hybrid or Agile project environments
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret and translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, IT, or related fields
- Exposure to ITIL, TOGAF, or similar frameworks is a plus
- Work on transformative infrastructure initiatives that impact the entire organisation
