Our Client:

Our client, a leading enterprise in the financial services industry, is seeking an EUC Engineer to join their growing team. Sitting within the service team, this role offers a blend of hands-on technical work and vendor oversight - covering governance, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring.

Technically, you’ll oversee a large-scale EUC environment supporting 10,000+ users across Windows 11, Intune, SCCM, and SOE. You’ll act as the escalation point for complex issues, engaging confidently with external vendors and internal stakeholders. On the service delivery side, you’ll provide technical leadership to vendors, drive process improvements, manage incidents and changes, and support the smooth delivery of BAU activities.

The organisation values work-life balance, offering a hybrid model of 5 in-office days per fortnight.

Salary is up to $150k inc. super(with flexibility for the right person) plus bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide the Managed Service Provider’s performance, both day-to-day and long-term.
  • Manage and improve the Service Catalogue and provider processes to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Ensure infrastructure services remain healthy and available.
  • Use deep technical knowledge to support BAU, drive change initiatives, and improve system availability for critical business processes.
  • Contribute to platform design and future roadmaps
About You:
  •  In depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems
  •  In depth knowledge of Microsoft Surface Laptops
  •  In depth Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager experience 
  •  Knowledge of MacOs and iOS Operating Systems
  •  Involvement and support in major outages and critical incidents.
  •  Governance, influencing and communicating.
