Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture activities within the Architecture team, working closely with Technology Business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Architecture Forum.
- Develop and maintain the organisation’s Technology Roadmap.
- Implement and support an Architecture Governance Model.
- Promote and embed the Enterprise Architecture Framework and associated methodologies.
- Develop and refine enterprise architecture principles.
- Contribute to additional architecture tasks as required.
- Assist in establishing and defining the structure, content, and governance of the enterprise architecture tool.
- Support change management processes for architecture artefacts and EA tool updates.
- Demonstrated experience delivering the key responsibilities outlined above.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to establish and mature enterprise architecture practices, including facilitating architecture governance.
- Experience assisting with the establishment or configuration of an enterprise architecture tool.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical SMEs, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and contributing to architectural solutions for ERP and financial systems (TechnologyOne or similar).
