We’re seeking a detail‑driven Business Analyst — or a highly capable documentation specialist with BA‑level skills — to support a series of operational and technical initiatives within our Adelaide team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning complexity into clarity. Experience working in environments involving hardware, devices, or technical infrastructure will be a strong advantage.
What you’ll be doing
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements with precision
- Creating high‑quality documentation including process maps, functional specs, user guides, and workflows
- Working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables
- Supporting project managers with reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions
- Assisting with hardware‑related documentation, asset processes, or technical project streams (where relevant)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or Documentation Specialist
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex information
- Experience with BA tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, or similar
- A practical understanding of hardware environments or technical components (beneficial but not essential)
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
