We're seeking an experienced DevOps Cloud Lead to lead an established engineering team and drive the next phase of a cloud, automation, and security transformation program.
This role will focus on improving Azure platform capabilities, uplifting security practices, driving DevOps adoption, and helping shape a modern and secure cloud first culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Cloud and DevOps Engineers
- Drive Azure cloud, automation, and platform initiatives
- Champion DevOps best practices and CI/CD adoption
- Improve cloud security, governance, and operational maturity
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Influence engineering standards and platform strategy
- Strong Azure Cloud experience
- DevOps leadership experience
- Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
- Cloud security and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience leading technical and cultural change
- 12 month contract with strong extension potential
