About the Role

The AI Specialist will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by identifying high-value opportunities, shaping AI strategy, and enabling the successful delivery of AI solutions. This role partners with business and technology leaders to establish AI governance, build AI literacy, develop use cases, and support responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and prioritise AI opportunities that align with business strategy.
  • Lead AI discovery workshops and develop AI use cases from concept through to delivery.
  • Design and support AI operating models, governance processes, and decision forums.
  • Build and deliver enterprise AI literacy and adoption programs.
  • Develop business cases, value propositions, and ROI metrics for AI initiatives.
  • Establish and lead AI communities of practice and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provide guidance on responsible AI, governance, and assurance practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions and prototypes.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience driving AI, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills.
  • Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, and change programs.
  • Ability to identify and progress AI use cases from ideation through to implementation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and value assessments.
Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
  • Ability to develop rapid low-code prototypes and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
