Data & AI Literacy Lead 

About the Role
We are seeking an engaging and strategic Data & AI Literacy Lead to drive the development of data and AI capabilities across our clients business. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide literacy programs that empower employees to confidently understand, adopt, and apply data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and generative AI in their day-to-day work. As a key member of the Data & AI team, you will foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and responsible AI adoption, helping bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Data & AI Literacy Strategy aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Design learning pathways for employees across varying levels of data and AI maturity.
  • Create engaging learning content covering:
    • Data fundamentals
    • Data governance and ethics
    • Analytics and business intelligence
    • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
    • Generative AI and Copilot adoption
    • Responsible AI practices
  • Establish frameworks to measure literacy maturity and track organisational progress.
About You
  • You are passionate about helping people build confidence with data and AI. You combine strong communication and facilitation skills with practical knowledge of analytics and emerging AI technologies.
  • Essential Experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading learning, capability, or enablement programs in data, analytics, digital, or AI environments.
  • Experience designing enterprise-wide education or change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data literacy, analytics, AI, and generative AI concepts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience developing learning content and delivering workshops to diverse audiences.
