Our client is a is a major provider of secure, large-scale data centres in Australia and New Zealand, the company is worth $17 Billion + and has been in operation for over 20 years. As they continue to expand their operations and client base, they are seeking a Customer Success Manager
to strengthen customer relationships and ensure excellence in service delivery across their mission-critical environments.
About the Role:
Reporting into a highly regarded leadership team, this position will play a key role in maintaining trusted partnerships with strategic clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring service standards, SLAs, and operational performance consistently meet customer expectations, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth. This is a customer-facing role that combines commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of operational excellence within a complex, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise and government customers.
- Oversee service delivery and governance activities, ensuring SLA compliance and performance reporting.
- Coordinate internal teams across Operations, Engineering, and Facilities to meet customer needs.
- Act as the main point of contact during change, incident, and maintenance events.
- Lead governance and performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service value.
- Proven experience in customer success, service delivery, or account management within data centre, ICT, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and service level frameworks (ITIL experience desirable).
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at both technical and executive levels.
