IT Consultant – Canberra
We’re working with a well-established Canberra-based IT services provider that has been supporting local businesses for over two decades. They’re known for their collaborative culture, technical excellence, and commitment to helping clients achieve real results. They’re now looking for an IT Consultant to join their Professional Services team - someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

About the Role
As an IT Consultant, you’ll work across multiple projects, helping clients turn their technology goals into reality. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, managing day-to-day project tasks, providing on-site support, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical consulting and project support across client environments.
• Act as the first point of contact for on-site technical advice during project rollouts.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Customise and adapt solutions to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to project documentation, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

• Experience delivering IT projects or consulting services.
• Strong technical background across the Microsoft Stack (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident working with clients both on-site and remotely.
• Ideally hold (or be working toward) Microsoft certifications.
• Exposure to project delivery, business analysis, or requirements gathering is a plus.
