The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on, commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) with proven experience taking a business from startup through to scale. This role is for a builder — someone who has put structure in place, and knows how to scale people, teams, processes, and performance while preserving what makes the business special.
Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for the operation, enabling growth, and ensuring the business scales sustainably.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or GM in a startup or scale-up environment
- Clear track record of taking a business from early-stage to scaled operations
- Builds operational foundations with hiring, systems, governance, delivery models
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort operating close to the numbers
- Prepared for Action, Pragmatic, decisive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required
- Culture Focused with proven ability to scale teams without losing cultural integrity
- Leadership Skills with previous experience leading and scaling teams
