In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced Change & Training Manager to lead and deliver high-impact change and training initiatives as part of a major digital transformation. If you thrive in fast-paced project environments and are confident scoping, planning and managing change and training activities across a complex stakeholder landscape, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Scoping and leading a team of Change Analysts/Trainers to support program delivery
  • Applying structured methodologies to deliver consistent, people-centred change practices
  • Designing and implementing change plans, communication strategies and training programs
  • Assessing impacts and preparing stakeholders for iterative software deployments
  • Supporting the development of digital training materials aligned with agile delivery
  • Monitoring adoption, tracking issues, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
  • Building and managing a project intranet site as a central communication hub

What you need to bring
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT change initiatives (5+ years)
  • Proven history designing and rolling out structured change management programs
  • Strong background creating digital training during iterative software delivery
  • Clear communication style with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience delivering communication plans that drive user engagement and adoption
  • Shown flexibility working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Record of contributing to project teams with internal staff, contractors and vendors

Bonus points for…
  • Demonstrated ability to develop training programs for agile project environments
  • Shown capability to manage and reduce resistance to change across diverse user groups
  • Prior success leveraging formal change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Experience aligning change outcomes with business benefits realisation
  • Developed intranet or stakeholder-facing platforms to support transformation efforts

Important to know
  • It is expected that the successful candidate will work on-site 4 days per week with one day work from home.
