We are recruiting a Change Training Coordinator
to support a private firm working with an intelligence-based client. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs that enable teams to successfully adopt change in secure, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs to support change initiatives
- Equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to embrace new ways of working
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure training is targeted, effective, and aligned to project goals
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to support continuous improvement
- Must be Australian Citizens with NV2 Clearence
- Experience in training coordination or learning & development within change projects
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Background in defence, intelligence, or government environments (highly regarded)
