Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training activities
- Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and track actions
- Maintain documentation, registers, and change schedules
- Support reporting, dashboards, and status updates
- Assist with change impact assessments and readiness tracking
- Support the development and distribution of communications and training materials
- Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies across activities
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or change support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagement sessions
- High attention to detail across documentation and tracking
- Experience supporting reporting activities and dashboards
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience supporting change management or transformation programs
- Exposure to ICT or system implementation projects
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, or Microsoft Planner
