In partnership with a leading education provider, Emanate Technology is looking for a forward-thinking Change Manager who can see the big picture, connect the dots, and bring a compelling story to life across a major multi-year education program.
This role suits someone who understands how literacy, numeracy and pedagogical practice interconnect—and who can translate strategy into meaningful, measurable change.

What you’ll be doing
- Scoping end-to-end change plans for a large program
- Conducting impact and readiness assessments
- Identifying risks, resistance and mitigation strategies
- Engaging leaders, teachers and SMEs across all streams
- Facilitating workshops, consultations and feedback sessions
- Developing clear, targeted communication materials
- Coordinating training, coaching and transition support
- Monitoring adoption and refining approaches.
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering change across large programs
- Knowledge leveraging P–12 or education-sector insight
- Skill applying ADKAR, Prosci or similar frameworks
- Capability providing clear, tailored communication
- Ability managing resistance and influencing outcomes
- Strength demonstrating accurate documentation and reporting
- Confidence engaging educators and project teams
- Talent explaining complex or pedagogical concepts simply
Bonus points for…
- Experience delivering change in education or pedagogy
- Exposure applying change in multi-site environments
- Background supporting curriculum or wellbeing initiatives
- Certification holding PROSCI, APMG or similar
- Proficiency using MS Office and DevOps tools
- Insight understanding literacy, numeracy and teaching practice
- Capability shaping narrative-driven change approaches
- Familiarity managing interdependent workstreams
Important to know
- You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
- You must have the ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
- You must hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children
