The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a major Cyber Security Uplift Program within a large government environment.
This role will focus on embedding the ASD Essential Eight framework, ensuring new cyber security capabilities, processes and ways of working are successfully adopted across the organisation.
You’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement and sustainable change across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational change across multiple cyber uplift initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments (people, process, technology, operating model)
  • Assess business readiness and identify adoption risks
  • Develop and deliver change, communication and engagement strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders across business, technical and executive levels
  • Support delivery of training and adoption activities
  • Monitor adoption, track outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide reporting on change progress, risks and readiness
About You
  • Proven experience in organisational change management within ICT, cyber or transformation programs
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to work across diverse teams
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
Highly Regarded
  • Experience with cyber security initiatives (Essential Eight, Zero Trust, etc.)
  • Public sector or government experience
  • Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or similar methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or Confluence
