A Federal Government agency is seeking a Communications & Change Specialist to support a major IT and business transformation program. You’ll deliver clear, targeted communications and change activities that enable adoption of new systems, processes and data/analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver communication and change activities for IT and analytics initiatives
- Apply structured change approaches to assess impacts and support adoption
- Coordinate governance inputs, schedules and key milestones
- Prepare concise, high‑quality executive papers and presentations
- Translate technical concepts into clear, audience‑appropriate messaging
- Support training, capability uplift and workforce readiness
- Build strong relationships in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience delivering communications and change for IT or analytics projects
- Ability to identify change/communication needs without formal documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and translation of technical impacts
- Experience with training, capability uplift and readiness planning
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure with shifting priorities
- Personable, adaptable and collaborative
