Change Analyst
Adelaide
12 Month Contract
We're looking for a skilled Change Analyst to join a strategic program team and help drive meaningful organisational change. This is a hands-on delivery role — ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced program environments.
About the role
Sitting within a large-scale program, you'll work closely with Change Leads to ensure change activities are well-coordinated, project impacts are understood, and solutions land smoothly in operations. Your remit spans stakeholder engagement, change planning, communications, and transition support — bringing both analytical rigour and practical delivery to the table.
What you'll do
- Develop and actively manage key change artefacts — including stakeholder registers, change impact assessments, communication and engagement plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, readiness assessments, and adoption success measures
- Craft clear, targeted project-level communications in partnership with the Change Lead
- Contribute to implementation and transition plans, ensuring horizontal and vertical alignment of change activity across projects
- Partner with Change Leads and Business Analysts to clearly articulate and manage change impacts
- Support enterprise change reporting, including maintaining accurate project information across reporting platforms
- Coordinate engagement activities — managing meeting logistics, purpose statements, and action tracking
- Experience delivering change management activities in a complex, multi-project program environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills — able to communicate clearly across all levels
- Proven ability to develop core change artefacts and manage them through delivery
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting quickly as program requirements evolve
