Change Analyst – CRM Implementation

Emanate Technology is partnering with a leading Queensland organisation to find a proactive Change Analyst to support meaningful change that strengthens frontline capability, streamlines processes, and enhances customer and employee experiences.

The Change Analyst is responsible for supporting Change Managers in the delivery of change management activities across the project and program portfolio, to ensure our people are ready to accept and adopt change, so that project and program outcomes are achieved and return on investment is maximised.

What you’ll be doing
  • Work within the Change Management Framework to implement change management activities across the organisation’s portfolio and opportunity lifecycle
  • Support Change Managers in the delivery of change management activities across multiple, concurrent projects and/or programs within a delivery workstream
  • Work with the project team, business leaders and employees to conduct change analyses and impact assessments to identify and quantify change impacts, risk and issues
  • Provide insight and input into change planning, to ensure change management activities help the business mitigate change impacts in a pragmatic and fit-for-purpose manner
  • Liaise with project and business stakeholders and collaborate with internal centers of excellence to deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, implementation and training activities
  • Develop effective change reporting and documentation of analysis and planning activities
  • Utilise measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of change projects and initiatives
  • Support the Culture & Change team to enhance organizational change maturity by participating in change communities of practice and participating in other team-based and organizational activities as required.

What you need to bring
 
  • Extensive experience supporting change management activities on complex, high impact projects and programs
  • Experience relevant to supporting technology / digital based project change is desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of contemporary change management tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management, engagement and relationship building skills including the ability to work in partnership with other change professionals, the project team and business centers of excellence
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex issues

Bonus points for…
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or health sectors
  • CRM implementation experience
  • Exposure to wellbeing or organisational culture programs
  • Strength in facilitation, co-design, or communication planning
  • Ability to present findings and reports to senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of human-centred design and continuous improvement principles
