Change Analyst – Mental health & Injury management

Emanate Technology is partnering with a leading Queensland organisation to find a proactive Change Analyst to support meaningful change that strengthens frontline capability, streamlines processes, and enhances customer and employee experiences.
Working closely with a Change Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll help plan, deliver, and embed change across a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply change expertise in a setting where your work directly supports the wellbeing of others.
What you’ll be doing
- Scoping and coordinating change management activities across multiple initiatives
- Supporting the Change Manager with planning, reporting, and delivery tasks
- Collaborating with teams to identify improvements and embed new ways of working
- Drafting clear, targeted communications for diverse audiences
- Analysing data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes
- Tracking progress, compliance, and readiness across workstreams
- Helping design practical tools and guidance to support frontline teams
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering change within complex or people-focused programs
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR or similar methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
- Skilled at analysing information and presenting insights clearly
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
- High emotional intelligence and empathy when managing sensitive topics

- Background in financial services, insurance, or health sectors
- Exposure to wellbeing or organisational culture programs
- Strength in facilitation, co-design, or communication planning
- Ability to present findings and reports to senior stakeholders
- Understanding of human-centred design and continuous improvement principles
