We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major transformation. As part of this journey, we’re looking for two Change Analysts
to join a high-performing, supportive change team delivering meaningful impact across the business.
12-month contract

What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with experienced Change Leads, you’ll support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives by:
- Conducting change impact assessments to understand effects on people, processes, and systems
- Assisting with stakeholder mapping and engagement planning
- Supporting the design and delivery of change and communication plans
- Collaborating with communications and training teams to develop content and rollout sessions
- Gathering feedback, tracking change readiness, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in change or transformation projects within large, complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies(e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, PCI)
- Exposure to regulated industries such as utilities, mining, or government is highly desirable
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work across multiple workstreams
