With their first local office now established in Adelaide, we’re searching for a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across the nation—defining the footprint and go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to be the founding commercial hire in Australia, backed by a strong international brand with proven success globally. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, build a strong local network, and shape this client’s success across the Australian ERP market.

About the Client This Emanate Technology client is a rapidly growing ERP SaaS provider delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions that help customers achieve real business outcomes. Their comprehensive product suite covers Financial Management, Workforce Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain Management and CRM—tailored for industries such as Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Logistics, Retail, and Freight & Shipping.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Influence go-to-market strategy and contribute to long-term business development plans
  • Launch and grow the client’s presence in Australia. 
  • Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and events
  • Lead discovery conversations with customers and present tailored ERP solutions
  • Collaborate with global pre-sales and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from first meeting to contract close
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in IT, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise solutions sales
  • Strong understanding of the Australian business landscape and ERP SaaS players.
  • Proven consultative selling approach focused on solutions and business value
  • Confidence and agility to operate independently in a new-market-entry or start-up context
  • A track record of winning new business and building long-term client relationships
