- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the container freight space (e.g. operators seeking TMS platforms)
- Building and managing a strong, well-qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and targeted prospecting
- Leading product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, articulating value and ROI for clients
- Managing end-to-end deal cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales customer experience
- Staying informed on competitor movements, market trends, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain
- Providing accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline and sales activity to leadership
- Proven track record in business development or enterprise solution sales
within freight, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience selling into containerised freight, port, or transport operators
- Strong understanding of logistics software technology platforms (TMS, TOS, VBS, optimisation tools)
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to operate independently while also contributing to a broader team culture
- A growth mindset and an interest in shaping how logistics and supply chain businesses adopt digital tools
