What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for driving new business across the freight and logistics sector, with a focus on  AI-powered transport and port software  solutions. This includes:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the container freight space (e.g. operators seeking TMS platforms)

  • Building and managing a strong, well-qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and targeted prospecting

  • Leading product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, articulating value and ROI for clients

  • Managing end-to-end deal cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales customer experience

  • Staying informed on competitor movements, market trends, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain

  • Providing accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline and sales activity to leadership

What You Bring
  • Proven track record in  business development or enterprise solution sales  within freight, logistics, or supply chain

  • Experience selling into containerised freight, port, or transport operators

  • Strong understanding of logistics software technology platforms (TMS, TOS, VBS, optimisation tools)

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Ability to operate independently while also contributing to a broader team culture

  • A growth mindset and an interest in shaping how logistics and supply chain businesses adopt digital tools
