About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst / Project Officer who can bring clarity, structure, and consistency across a suite of education focused projects. This role blends process analysis, stakeholder coordination, discovery, and project support, with a strong emphasis on visual communication and maintaining a single source of truth across the program.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, SMEs, and change specialists to ensure processes are well understood, decisions are evidence?based, and artefacts are high quality and publication ready. This environment suits someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in evolving or low?maturity project settings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Clarity & Visualisation
- Map current and future?state processes across multiple projects and at program level
- Develop clear visual artefacts (process maps, flowcharts, diagrams) to support shared understanding
- Establish and document digital learning and vendor processes for the program
- Develop stakeholder maps, organisational charts, and reporting line visuals
- Support the development and maintenance of RACI matrices
- Coordinate stakeholder availability for workshops, reviews, and decision points
- Lead structured discovery activities including workshops, interviews, and analysis
- Maintain a visible, accessible record of discovery outputs to ensure transparency of assumptions, decisions, and constraints
- Link discovery insights directly to project decisions and deliverables
- Work closely with the Change Analyst to ensure alignment between delivery, adoption, and change impacts
- Connect artefact development with broader change considerations
- Support the development of clear reporting requirements at project and program level
- Analyse data, feedback, and observations to support evidence?based reporting
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify scope, expectations, and success criteria
- Ensure workshop outputs are documented, agreed, and actioned
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for:
- structures
- language and vocabulary
- agreed frameworks and models
- Ensure consistency across artefacts and workstreams
- Consolidate feedback from multiple sources into a single actionable view
- Design and manage a purposeful review structure with clear intent, scope, and criteria
- Protect approved content from unnecessary rework
- Conduct pre?publication readiness checks on all artefacts
- Validate completeness, consistency, alignment, and version control prior to publishing
- Provide evidence?based recommendations to support decisions on deliverables, sequencing, and scope
- Support financial reconciliation activities
- Assist with invoice processing
