Skills & Experience Needed
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex business or digital solutions within HR, payroll, finance or compliance‑driven environments.
  • Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability).
  • Experience working with or alongside low‑code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Solid process modelling skills with the ability to produce clear, fit‑for‑purpose process and data artefacts.
  • Experience defining or supporting security, access control, privacy and audit requirements.
