Growth & Transformation Project 
6 month Daily rate contract 

About the role
A large purpose driven organisation is undertaking a major digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high performing project team. You’ll play a key role in uplifting customer experience, modernising digital capability, and supporting multiple workstreams across a complex transformation environment.
Working as part of a dedicated Transformation Management Office, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, SMEs, technical teams and change specialists to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role suits someone who thrives in fast paced delivery, enjoys solving problems, and brings structure and clarity to ambiguity.

What you will be doing
•     Following an established Business Analysis Plan to ensure consistent, highquality BA delivery.
•     Eliciting, documenting and maintaining business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with full traceability.
•     Facilitating workshops to gather insights, validate requirements and support prioritisation for MVP scope.
•     Developing as-is and to-be process maps and supporting business process change.
•     Working closely with SMEs, Workstream Leads, Testers and fellow BAs to ensure shared understanding of requirements and alignment with technical solutions.
•     Identifying manual or inefficient processes and recommending improvements.
•     Supporting persona development and journey mapping where required.
•     Partnering with Change Management to identify capability gaps and produce detailed process, policy and procedural documentation.
•     Contributing to a collaborative, innovative and engaged project culture.

What you will bring
•     Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, data or a related discipline, or a recognised BA certification (e.g. BABOK, BPMN 2.0).
•     5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an agile delivery environment.
•     Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience implementing new processes.
•     Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non?technical stakeholders.
•     Proven experience writing high?quality user stories and acceptance criteria understood by developers, testers and business stakeholders.
•     Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast?paced environment.
•     Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, O365, SharePoint and Visio.

Bonus points for
•     Experience with BPMN 2.0 modelling.
•     Background in lotteries, gaming, or similar customer?centric digital environments.
•     Exposure to large?scale transformation programs or SaaS platform implementations.
