In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a significant CRM upgrade project focused on transforming service delivery across Queensland. You’ll play a key role in defining business processes, capturing requirements, and enabling seamless system design and implementation.
What you’ll be doing
- Scoping business processes to shape the CRM design and build.
- Facilitating workshops to define and validate requirements.
- Developing user stories, epics, and process maps.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
- Evaluating process improvements and efficiencies.
- Supporting testing and change readiness.
- Contributing to a collaborative, flexible project culture.
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering business analysis on CRM or transformation projects.
- Proficiency applying BA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Capability managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge applying functional and non-functional analysis.
- Skill documenting clear and concise business processes.
- Commitment ensuring quality and traceability in all deliverables.
Bonus points for…
- Experience delivering Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Background working in government or large transformation programs.
- Familiarity collaborating with architects and change teams.
- Understanding working in flexible, hybrid environments.
