About the Role
- As a Business Analyst
in the PMO, you will:
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure projects align with strategic goals
- Work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and operational teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Provide insights that drive successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, including General Managers, Functional Leads, and Site Operations Managers.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a PMO or project-driven environment.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High-level communication and collaboration skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and a National Police Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
