This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building, configuring and troubleshooting solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll work closely with senior technical specialists, helping deliver AI agents, automations and workflows that improve business processes and support the broader adoption of AI technologies.
Whether you're working on Copilot agents, automating workflows or supporting Azure-based AI services, you'll play a key role in turning approved use cases into working solutions.
About the Role
- Configure, build, test and support AI agents, automations and workflows using Microsoft technologies
- Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Support AI initiatives from proof of concept through to testing, deployment and operational handover
- Configure integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams and enterprise data sources
- Assist with the implementation of approved AI and automation solution designs
- Troubleshoot issues relating to workflows, connectors, authentication and platform configurations
- Support testing, monitoring and ongoing optimisation of AI solutions
- Apply established security, privacy and governance controls
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and support materials
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with emerging technologies and has practical experience delivering solutions across the Microsoft platform.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate
- Experience configuring, testing and supporting Microsoft-based solutions
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and AI-related services
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and enterprise integrations
- Understanding of APIs, connectors and workflow automation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within established governance, security and change management frameworks
- Experience producing technical documentation and support materials
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Highly Regarded
- Experience with Microsoft Foundry or Azure AI services
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or AI agent development
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and controlled release management
- Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Monitor or Application Insights
- Microsoft certifications across Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or related technologies
- Experience working within Federal Government or other highly regulated environments
