Our client are a state government organisation based in Brisbane who are embracing AI and are looking for a Level 2 Support Analyst to join their growing team. You’ll handle and fix incidents, apply approved updates, and pass on tricky issues to specialist teams when needed. You’ll manage tasks in Jira, help with service reports, and keep everyone updated as issues get resolved.
Your work will help keep AI services running smoothly, safely, and reliably. This is a great chance to be part of a forward-thinking team supporting AI solutions that make services better for everyone.
Responsibilities:
• Experience supporting multiple software applications through an ITIL-aligned service management approach.
• Strong capability in incident triage, ticket management, and operational reporting, preferably using Jira Service Management.
• The ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 2 incidents, with sound judgment on when to escalate to specialist teams.
• An understanding of generative AI technologies, specifically Azure Generative AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Search, and Document Intelligence.
