Will is a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Emanate Technology Brisbane team. Specialising in the Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure markets, Will’s passion for technology allows him to deeply understand the current landscape, while his consultative approach helps him form strong, trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates. 

Will joined the world of recruitment back in 2018, initially in the blue-collar sector, but having always had a passion and interest for all things technology, moved into tech recruitment. Specialising in the Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure niche market has been the perfect move in the recruitment sector for Will. While he continues to build relationships with people, he is able to delve deeply into the different types of technologies that exist in the current landscape.

Will takes a consultative approach. His method, whether you are a hiring manager looking to build a team, or a candidate looking for their next role, is to form a partnership. He prides himself on forming strong relationships, built on trust and being able to effectively problem solve and provide suitable solutions. Will loves sport, so being from England, he of course loves football and cricket (Up the Gunners!). He loves being active, whether that’s playing sport, going on hikes, or attempting the occasional early morning run, He is all in.
