Rob Millington

Rob is the National Managing Director at Emanate Technology. A genuine and inspiriting people leader known for his authenticity and integrity, Rob has successfully led high-performing teams across Australia and the UK for three decades. Joining our business early 2022, he has been integral in our growth across Victoria and South Australia. 

Rob has almost 30 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, with a demonstrated record of leading high-performing teams in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT as well as in the UK. He is skilled in business processes, contract recruitment, start-ups and customer relationship management. Rob has a track record of building a high-performance culture, with a focus on developing talent within niche vertical markets.

Rob is a very open type of person, what you see is what you get. He prides himself on not having a large ego and considers himself lucky to have worked with and learnt from some of the best people in the business. Rob’s word is his bond, he is committed and will do what he says he will do.

Rob is very passionate about his family and his dog Polly, and people in general! He loves to travel but ironically hate’s flying. Rob has also achieved his goal of climbing the Himalayas. He is dedicated to pushing himself to the limit and has run over 10 marathons, ultra-marathons and multi-day events, two Ironman events and over 10 half Ironman events. Originally from the UK he has now found his home in Melbourne with his family and is an avid supporter of the Collingwood Football Club.
