Peter has over 13 years of recruitment experience, including a decade specialising in technology roles across software engineering, data analytics, and the defence industry. He has successfully partnered with global, national, and Adelaide-based clients, delivering high-impact recruitment solutions ranging from building start-up software teams from the ground up to managing large-scale, exclusive projects for leading multinational defence companies.

In 2022, Peter was invited to speak at the Naval Shipbuilding College, where he shared insights with their talent consultants on candidate attraction, retention, and engagement. His success stems from a consultative, honest approach with both clients and candidates, combined with a commitment to staying current with technology and defence industry trends through daily briefings, events, and media.
