Paul is a Recruitment Consultant in the Emanate Technology Canberra team. Specialising in the Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure markets, he takes a consultative approach to supporting the careers of his candidates and provides tailored and value-driven solutions for his clients. 

Paul has spent over a decade in sales roles across various industries including SaaS and Technology. He has focused on delivering an exceptional client experience through a consultative approach—taking the time to truly understand each client's unique challenges and goals, and offering tailored, value-driven solutions. As a Consultant specialising in Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure, he brings that same mindset to supporting his candidate’s careers. By building strong relationships, asking insightful questions, and providing strategic guidance, Paul’s goal is to create meaningful connections that lead to long-term success for both candidates and organisations.

Paul has a clear and concise communication style and is committed to building long term relationships based on trust and mutual respect with his candidates and clients. Paul prioritises providing top quality service and effective communication to find the right role for the right person, while helping clients identify and secure the best talent to meet their unique needs.

Outside of work, Paul plays for his local football (soccer) team on weekends. He has taken his football fandom around the world including attending 4 major tournaments (and 3 finals!). Outside of work and football, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and Miniature Schnauzer and is always planning the next overseas holiday.
