Michael Bree

Michael is the Chief Financial Officer at Emanate Technology and e2 Cyber. Bringing extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, and IT transformation projects Michael is passionate about adding value, Michael focuses on automation to enhance efficiency.

Michael comes with over 15 years’ experience in the finance arena across a variety of sectors including management consultancy, financial publishing, international news agency and recruitment.

His expertise spans all traditional areas of finance including commercial insights and business partnering, review and approval of tenders, modelling for scenarios and pricing discussions, design and roll out of compensation schemes, cash flow forecasting, monthly forecasting and annual budgeting. His skillset also includes financial reviews of business areas, business units and key accounts, management of reporting and analytics, management of payroll and invoicing and financial IT transformation projects.

With over 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Michael has a broad finance skillset working with large multi-national companies, and small to medium sized enterprises as a CFO, FP&A Director and General Manager.

Michael believes in adding value and strives to automate low end tasks so the team can spend more time on the interesting aspects of their jobs. He is a strong advocate of the hybrid working model and appreciates the work/life balance that comes with having a family.

Having grown up in the UK, Michael love’s watching football. He has two children, a stepson and two dogs with his loving wife. He enjoys travelling and hiking and has summitted 3 of the 7 summits.
