Mal is a Senior Talent Consultant in the Emanate Technology Canberra team. Specialising in helping job seekers find their ideal roles within the Software, Data & Analytics markets, Mal focuses on genuine communication and authentic connections to ensure the best fit for both candidates and organisations.

Kickstarting her professional career as a Marketing Assistant for a recruitment agency, Mal gained valuable insights into platforms such as LinkedIn and SEEK that supported tech recruitment efforts. Realising that her strength in communication and forging strong relationships was better spent in the front office, rather than the back, Mal shifted her career focus to tech recruitment.

As someone who values genuine communication and believes in building authentic connections, Mal works with job seekers to help them discover their perfect role and organisational fit, she also supports her clients to secure top talent within the Canberra market.

Mal aspires to travel the world and enjoy new experiences! She one day plans to visit her family in Cairo, Egypt and brush up on her Arabic! In her down time, she enjoys bumping to some good music, from afro beats to old school RnB and is also hoping to get to an afro nation festival soon!
