Luca is a Senior Consultant in the Emanate Technology Brisbane team. Specialising in Project Services recruitment, Luca brings a genuine, people-first approach to recruitment to ensure opportunities align with both professional goals and values.

Luca commenced his recruitment career in 2021 with a boutique agency, where he supported a diverse portfolio of IT roles across both Queensland Government and private sector clients. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in understanding technical requirements alongside organisational needs. In 2022, he joined Peoplebank, where he sharpened his expertise with a dedicated focus on Digital Health recruitment. Since then, Luca has partnered with state, federal, and private sector organisations, building a reputation for delivering high-quality talent solutions within complex and evolving environments.

Luca is known for his genuine, people-first approach to recruitment, prioritising long-term relationships over quick placements to ensure opportunities truly align with both professional goals and personal values.
