Lisa Villella

Lisa is the Contractor Care Consultant at Emanate Technology and e2 Cyber. She specialises in providing exemplary support our contractors with a seamless and positive experience throughout the life of their contract with us. 

Lisa has worked in the IT recruitment industry for almost two decades and has been involved in all functions of the recruitment process, starting in a recruitment consultant role before moving into operations and project coordination. It was in contractor care that Lisa found her calling, enjoying providing candidates with a positive and seamless contractor experience. Lisa has worked with various IT recruitment firms throughout her career, both big and small, and has a solid understanding of the unique requirements every individual contractor may have.

Customer service is Lisa’s forte! A positive solution for all involved always her end goal. From onboarding queries to timesheet and payroll requirements, Lisa prides herself on delivering prompt, helpful, and friendly solutions. 

Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, running and exploring new places. She is a mother to two young children so most of her free time is usually spent making endless snacks or enjoying a well-deserved cup of coffee.
