Lechée started her professional career as a project manager working in the higher education space for a decade before moving into an all-round marketing role in the recruitment industry in 2013. She has been fortunate enough to work for organisations and leaders who have supported her career growth and has worked on many exciting projects. Lechée is a clear communicator with strong customer service skills, supporting her team to provide excellent stakeholder management and high-level delivery of marketing initiatives.
