Karl is the Chief Operating Officer of Emanate Technology. In his multi-faceted role, Karl oversees the operations, legal and technology areas of our business. Passionate about quality and innovation, Karl leverages his knowledge to guide the team, enhance services, and integrate emerging technologies to drive business success.

With 25+ years’ experience in the recruitment and IT professional services industries, Karl joined Emanate Technology in early 2020 and hit the ground running overseeing the operations, legal, marketing, and technology areas of our business. An expert in his field and a man of many talents, Karl specialises in IT recruitment, project management, staff management, training, business analysis, risk management, business development, business process re-engineering and several other key areas. Having worked in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney and in national roles, Karl is well placed to advise our external and internal stakeholders on many aspects of the Australian technology and recruitment landscapes.

Karl’s wealth of knowledge is an asset to our business, utilising his extensive experience and expertise to guide the team to provide the best in market recruitment services. Originally from Melbourne, Karl is a keen supporter of the Essendon Football Club. He enjoys the occasional round of golf and has played on a number of courses around Australia. Now living in Sydney with his lovely wife and son, Karl very much enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. Karl is always up for a good chat and has been known to belt out his karaoke favourite “Smooth Operator” by Sade.
