Jon-Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in IT and gained valuable tech industry experience before transitioning into recruitment in 2016. Jon-Paul’s network focuses on C-suite, Directors, Heads of, and GMs, allowing him to engage with influential leaders and decision-makers.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Jon-Paul, or JP as he is known around the office, has called Melbourne home for over a decade. His lifelong passions include football (Everton), music, and technology. Outside of work, he thrives in the outdoors – camping, hiking, cycling, and swimming. Jon-Paul is also a proud father to a 50kg Bernese Mountain dog named Blue.
