Jimmy is a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Emanate Technology Brisbane team. Specialising in Digital, Data & Analytics markets, Jimmy’s approach is focused on exceeding expectations, aligning core values and goals, and maintaining transparency to ensure exceptional outcomes for both candidates and clients.

In his previous life, Jimmy was a professional footballer playing at top tier clubs in Australia and the Netherlands. After a career-ending knee injury, he transitioned into the start-up world, where he discovered a newfound passion for technology. It became apparent to him that high achieving athletes and business professionals shared many common qualities, such as integrity, drive and accountability. Jimmy’s desire to continue working with, and around high performers drew him to Emanate Technology and into the world of tech recruitment.

Jimmy is committed to exceeding both candidate and client expectations. He applies a considered approach to identifying and aligning both parties’ core values and goals. His approach is honest, transparent, and underpinned by a strong desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

The travel bug bit Jimmy at a young age, and he has since been fortunate to visit over 50 countries. Even though choosing a favourite country is like choosing a favourite child, if Jimmy had to pick just one, it would be Spain. Granted, his Spanish could use some work, but he does at least have some of the more essential phrases down pat – Una cerveza por favor!
