Florent is a Senior Consultant in the Emanate Technology Adelaide team. Specialising in Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure recruitment, Florent is an approachable and responsive recruiter, committed to delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience.

Florent holds an Engineering degree and brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience in Australia. He understands that attracting the right talent is critical to building high-performing teams. Florent has recruited for defence, commercial, and Federal and State Government organisations across technology and management roles, combining strong technical knowledge with extensive recruitment expertise.

Florent is a recruiter who is responsive, approachable, and committed to delivering an outstanding client and candidate experience. He combines strong market knowledge with clear communication, timely follow-up, and a genuine consultative approach. From sourcing and negotiations through to onboarding and contractor care, Florent manages the entire recruitment process efficiently, enabling clients to focus on their business with confidence.

Outside of work, Florent is a dedicated family man who enjoys 4WD driving, off-grid caravanning, great food, and the finer things in life. He is the Vice President of the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (South Australia) and serves as a Federal Board Director, actively supporting business networking and strengthening connections between the French and Australian business communities. Florent also serves on the board of French Assist Adelaide, contributing to initiatives that support and connect the local French community.
