Erin’s background:
Erin’s career began in technical IT recruitment, supporting teams across testing, development, and architecture before expanding into project services. In New Zealand she worked across both recruitment and broader consulting/professional services, partnering with major enterprise organisations and leading the heavy industries portfolio in Wellington. Her mix of delivery work, advisory support, and hands‑on talent search in complex, large‑scale environments has shaped a practical, well‑rounded approach to building high‑performing teams.

Erin’s life outside of work:
In her downtime, Erin is all about staying active and connected. Coming from a large family she loves spending time with everyone in her life. She plays netball and touch rugby, has a keen interest in tennis and pickleball and even competed in a few triathlons. When Erin’s not on a court or a field, you’ll find her reading, taking photos, or playing competitive board games with family. Naturally introverted, she does love to laugh and explore new places, with a growing bucket list still to tick off.
